Rendezvous Pizza is looking for an energetic, dependable Hourly Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in the heart of Bricktown!
We're a fun, fast-paced restaurant with a passion for great pizza, genuine hospitality, and creating an environment where both our guests and employees enjoy spending time.
We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who can independently manage restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and maintain our standards for exceptional service.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader or an ambitious shift supervisor who's ready to take the next step in their management career.
What You'll Do:
- Independently lead restaurant operations as the Manager on Duty, taking ownership of your shifts.
- Make sound operational decisions, troubleshoot challenges, and confidently handle situations as they arise.
- Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations.
- Create a positive, productive work environment through hands-on leadership and teamwork.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and independently.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational responsibilities.
- Manage staffing needs, shift assignments, breaks, and labor efficiency.
- Support employee training, development, and performance improvement.
- Partner with the management team to continuously improve restaurant operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management, shift leadership, or supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, make operational decisions, and maintain standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Previous experience independently managing restaurant shifts preferred.
- Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, employee coaching, and guest relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
- Commitment to training, accountability, and maintaining operational standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
